1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a subscription plan (such as the 18 Months Google AI Pro) from GyanNode, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. We operate in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.

2. Subscription & Delivery

Upon successful payment verification via our official payment gateways (e.g., PayPal), you will receive an invitation link to the email address provided. Acceptance of this link is required to activate your benefits.

3. Warranty & Refunds

We provide a 100% replacement warranty for the duration of your purchased plan (e.g., 18 months). If your access is wrongfully revoked or fails due to an issue on our end, we will issue a replacement invite immediately. If we cannot provide a replacement, a pro-rated refund will be issued in compliance with EU regulations.

4. Acceptable Use

Users are expected to comply with Google's Terms of Service when utilizing the AI tools provided. Any violation of Google's policies that results in the termination of the shared family group will void the warranty for the offending user.
