When you purchase a subscription from GyanNode, we only collect the absolute minimum data required to deliver your service: your Email Address. We do not store credit card details directly (these are handled securely by PayPal), nor do we demand unnecessary personal identifiers.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your email address is exclusively used for sending the official Google Family invitation link to grant you access to your Google AI Pro subscription, and to send critical updates regarding your warranty or subscription status.

3. Data Privacy within the Subscription

If you purchase the "Family Member" tier, you are guaranteed full data isolation. The Family Manager cannot view, access, or modify your chats, prompt history, Google Drive files, or emails. Your usage of the Google AI Pro tools remains 100% private and encrypted under Google's standard privacy infrastructure.

4. Your Rights under GDPR

You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, request corrections, or request complete deletion of your data from our database. To exercise these rights, please contact our administrative team via our official Telegram support channel.
